Health Safety Environment Manager

Currently serves as the Corporate Manager for Safety, Environment and Health at one of the regional flagman construction conglomerates over sighting the environmental, safety, health, transportation, and quality assurance programs at the numerous sites, including both construction as well as manufacture units of the organization.

Being corporate ISM Champion, has always been looking forward to applying his many years of management experience and diverse technical skills to enhancing Company’s Integrated Safety Management System, and continuously improving and successfully guiding the constructive evolution of the safety culture by utilizing professional knowledge and experience with safety initiatives across the businesses both in the Capital Baku as well as international projects.

Acquired extensive Occupational Health and Safety Management expertise by heading multinational Shipyard construction, civil engineering project of timely delivery of the Haydar Aliyev Cultural Center and other numerous fabrication and engineering scopes, at all times being responsible for departments with not less than 25 safety practitioners consulting workforces of 1500 people as an average.

Receiving his bachelor's degree in Economics and Management he carried on with professional development attaining the second higher education from the State Oil and Industry University and becoming the Bachelor of Science in Incident, Emergency and Crisis Management. Is a holder of NEBOSH IGC certificate, IRCA Lead Auditor, a member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health and a chartered member of Azerbaijan Quality Association. Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian and Turkish. Born in 1984 in Azerbaijan, married, has two children.
