IT manager

Holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Credit from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC). Began his career in the IT field at the Data Processing Center of the Ministry of Communications and High Technologies, where he gained foundational expertise in information systems and digital infrastructure. Over the years, has progressed into senior leadership roles, serving as the IT Director at Catel LLC and later as the Head of IT and Procurement at 189 Taxi service. Throughout his career, has been responsible for overseeing technology operations, implementing digital solutions, and managing procurement processes to support organizational efficiency. Has also contributed to major international events held in Baku, acting as a Group Leader during high-profile forums such as the UN Internet Governance Forum and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation conference.
