Tender and Monitoring Manager

Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Construction Economics and Management at the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.

With over a decade at North West, his career began as Cost Control Specialist for nine years, followed by two years as Head of the Monitoring Department. In 2024 was appointed Tender and Monitoring Manager.

Has led cost management efforts to ensure construction projects are completed on time and within budget. By overseeing the fulfillment of obligations by subcontractors and suppliers, has contributed to enhancing project efficiency.
