Has extensive experience in virtualization technologies, including VMWare, Hyper V (core), Citrix Zen, and Proxmox. Also knowledgeable about service desk applications like BMC Remedy, Manage Engine Service Desk Plus, HP Open View, Jira, and Confluence.
