Familiar with backup tools such as Commvault, Networker, Symantec Backup Exec, and Acronis True Image Echo Server, among others. His hardware proficiency includes Dell Servers, Dell VRTX, IBM X Series Servers, Supermicro, HP Proliant DL & ML series, HP Blades, Tape Libraries, and HP Storage Servers.

Has extensive experience in virtualization technologies, including VMWare, Hyper V (core), Citrix Zen, and Proxmox. Also knowledgeable about service desk applications like BMC Remedy, Manage Engine Service Desk Plus, HP Open View, Jira, and Confluence.
