More than 20 years of experience in international organizations.

Previously worked as the head of the HSE department in large organizations and has professional skills in providing safe working conditions for an organization with up to 2000 employees and up to 4000 employees in some projects.

During a professional career, he took an active part and contributed to the organization of commercial and non-commercial events related to the development of a "safety culture" in the workplace.

In previous high-score projects, he was involved in the identification of hazard and risk assessment in the construction sector of high-rise buildings, in the construction of the "Baku Olympic Stadium", as well as during the lifting operations of heavy loads.

As a certified lawyer, he gained experience in creating a working environment through the integration of international standards into Azerbaijani legislation.

Successfully graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Azerbaijan International University and the Faculty of Geology of the Azerbaijan State University.

Married and has three children.
