Baku water week is the 2nd International Exhibition for Water Management held at the Baku Expo Center on March 12-14, 2024. The exhibition was organized with the support of Azerbaijan State Water Reserve Agency.
The Week presented such sections as construction and drilling equipment; water purification, supply and treatment; design and construction of water industry facilities; ICT in water resource management; water desalination technologies; disaster management technologies; lab equipment; wastewater and stormwater discharge and treatment systems. North West Construction LLC, a company with huge experience in construction of hydrotechnical infrastructures such as water and sewage networks and systems, irrigation systems, pumping stations, Waste Water Treatment Plants, water pipelines showcased a specialized stand, especially displaying its project model of a Waste Water Treatment Plant constructed in Terter city, a FIDIC based contract financed by Islamic Development Bank. Our company's stand was contemplated with interest by the Chairman of the Azerbaijan State Water Reserves Agency Zaur Mikayilov, Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan Sahib Alakbarov and other officials who participated in the opening ceremony. Visitors of the exhibition were also provided with extensive information about water-related and other completed and ongoing projects executed by our company. Our company's stand was selected as the winner of the exhibition in the 'Best Project Presentation' category and was honored with the corresponding certificate.
