On May 1, the VI Career Fair took place at AzUAC, aiming to align educational outcomes with labor market demands and foster connections between young engineers and potential employers. The event brought together more than 90 leading local and international companies and organizations. Over 1,500 students and recent graduates attended, exploring a wide range of job and internship opportunities. North West was represented by its Human Resources department, which introduced attendees to current vacancies within the organization. Students and graduates from AzUAC submitted their CVs, which were added to our candidate database, and were provided with detailed information about our recruitment process.
