On 20 november 2025, a specialized career fair titled “A Bridge Toward a Professional Future” was held, organized by the Career and Alumni Center of Baku State University and the Eastern Zangezur Regional Employment Branch of the State Employment Agency, and dedicated to the 5th anniversary of our nation’s historic victory. At the fair, North West was represented by employees of its Human Resources Department with a dedicated stand. The main purpose of the event was to bring students and graduates together with companies operating in the Eastern Zangezur and Karabakh regions, inform them about available career opportunities, and support the participation of young people in the region’s reconstruction and development process. More than 2,000 students and graduates participated in the event, gaining the opportunity to apply for vacancies and internship programs and submit their CVs. At the conclusion of the fair, a networking session was held with the participation of staff from the Career and Alumni Center and representatives of participating companies, with the aim of strengthening effective cooperation between the university and the labor market. During the meeting, the Center’s activity portfolio was presented, and discussions were held on collaboration opportunities and the establishment of new partnerships. Certificates of appreciation were presented to the companies participating in the event.
