In accordance with the new master plan of Aghdam city, North West LLC is successfully implementing a project for the construction of water supply, sewerage, and stormwater systems to support the reconstruction of the city. The project, commissioned by the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency, is planned to be completed within 18 months. The project includes the construction of two water reservoirs with capacities of 10,000 m³ and 7,500 m³, along with valve chambers on them. A main metal water pipeline with a length of 22,800 meters and a diameter of DN 630x8 mm is being installed, and the drilling and construction of 24 artesian wells are being carried out. Additionally, the construction of a pumping station with a capacity of 400 m³ per hour, along with two water reservoirs with a capacity of 500 m³ and an electrolysis facility, is ongoing.

The project also includes the installation of external electrical lines of 3,250 meters and 9,400 meters in length from the "Aghdam 1" and "Aghdam 2" substations, respectively. To ensure effective management and monitoring, a "SCADA" system is being implemented at the reservoir complex. Furthermore, the construction of DN 710 mm main external water supply and 6,500 meters of polyethylene water pipes is ongoing.
