The scope of the Caspian Waterfront project consists of the construction of a leisure and retail Mall as part of Baku Waterfronts ongoing expansion and development in Baku Azerbaijan.
Project is Partial Procurement, Back of House Works of Caspian Waterfront project.

The Caspian Waterfront Mall locates in 3.5 HA land area at the western end of the Baku boulevard, projecting out into the Caspian sea.
The mixed-use retail, leisure and entertainment project is an iconic development, the architectural form of which is derived from the emblem of Azerbaijan inspired by the geometric shape of the Sydney Opera House.
The building is comprise 7 primary levels including 2 levels of basement parking to approximately -8m below site level. A central tower is rise to approximately 70 m. The current concept design has been developed focusing on a mixed use of retail, leisure and entertainment.
The gross building are is around 120,000 m².
