Chairman of the Management Board

Holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering from the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.

Began his career in 1997 as a civil engineer in Azerbaijan and later held key positions in various construction corporations, including Deputy Project Manager, Board Member, and Executive Director. Additionally, served as a Project Manager for Bouygues Construction’s project in Turkmenistan.

With over 20 years of experience in the construction sector, has contributed to managing large-scale projects, overseeing teams ranging from 50 to 2,800 employees.
