Has more than 20 years of experience in construction industry.

Started his career as a construction engineer in 1997 in Azerbaijan. Later held positions of deputy general manager, management board member as well as executive director in leading regional construction corporations. Also worked in Bouygues Construction of France as a project manager in Turkmenistan and regional manager in Azerbaijan.

Has extensive management experience, including with multimillion complex infrastructure and development projects, which were successfully executed and delivered. Managed teams of 50 to 2800 people in local and international projects and companies. Obtained an invaluable international business experience by forming strong professional partnerships with some of the leading international players. Has demonstrated commitment to excellence and dedication to professionalism.

Holds bachelor and master degrees in civil engineering from the Azerbaijan University of Architecture and Construction.
