Earned degrees in finance from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, entrepreneurship law from the University of Washington (USA), and international law from Baku State University.

Held various leadership roles, including Deputy General Manager, Board Member, Business Development Manager, and Corporate Governance & Legal Affairs Manager. Served as a corporate governance expert at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group).

Possesses extensive experience in international operations, business negotiations, construction, industry, investment projects, FIDIC contracts, as well as commercial, legal, and corporate governance matters.
