He has extensive experience in law and business management. He graduated from the Faculty of International Law of the University of San Marino.

During the years 1993-2003, he was engaged in individual entrepreneurial activity.

He began his professional career in the Transport department of McDermott company and worked in various positions within the department during 2003-2007.

From 2007-2011, he worked as the Deputy General Director of the Shakh Jewelry company, which is the official distributor of the French Korloff jewelry house in Azerbaijan.

From 2011-2016, he worked as the head of the Transport and Construction unit at Azad LLC and SMT LLC companies.

He joined the "North West Construction" team in 2016. During his tenure, under his direct leadership, the improvement of the company's transport system and the increase in overall logistics efficiency were achieved.

His rich experience and knowledge have played an important role in his work as an expert in the fields of law, management, and logistics.

He was born in 1975, is married, and has two children.
