Responsibilities:

  • Verification of the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites;
  • Search of legal records, survey records, and land titles to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed;
  • Calculation of heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain;
  • Determination of map content and layout, as well as production specifications such as scale, size, projection, and colors, and direct production to ensure that specifications are followed;
  • Compliance of data required for map preparation, including aerial photographs, survey notes, records, reports, and original maps;
  • Revision of existing maps and charts, making all necessary corrections and adjustments;
  • Record of the results of surveys including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features;
  • Coordination of findings with the work of engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects;   
  • Establishment of fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years’ working experience in the similar position in road construction
  • Azerbaijan citizenship

Responsibilities:

  • Layihənin vaxtında və keyfiyyətlə tamamlanmasına cavabdehlik daşınması;
  • Keyfiyyət parametrlərinə xələl gətirmədən xərclərin optimallaşdırılması və mənfəətin artırılması üçün tədbirlərin həyata keçirilməsi;
  • Tikinti proseslərinin planının, iş qrafikinin və iş həcmlərinin müəyyən edilməsi;
  • Tikinti qanunvericiliyinə əsasən razılaşdırma sənədlərinin alınmasına lazım olan sənədlərin, məktubların hazırlanması və prosesin idarə edilməsi;
  • Tikinti layihəsinin təchizat qrafikinin təşkil edilməsi;
  • Tikinti layihəsinin maliyyə hesabatlarının tərtibi, gəlir və mənfəət göstəricilərinin analizi;
  • Tikinti layihəsinə cəlb edilmiş daxili əmək qüvvəsinin işlərinin təşkil olunması;
  • Təqdim olunmuş layihə-smeta sənədlərində olan uyğunsuzluqların müəyyən edilməsi və aradan qaldırılması üçün təkliflərin hazırlanması;
  • Tələb olunduqda icraata təqdim edilmiş tikinti layihəsinin smetasının hazırlanması və Baş ofisə təsdiq üçün təqdim edilməsi;
  • Tabeliyində olan sahə mühəndisləri/iş icraşıları tərəfindən hazırlanmış texniki hesabatların təsdiq olunması və baş ofisə təqdim edilməsi.

Requirements:

Təhsil/Təcrübə:

  • Təhsil: İnşaat mühəndisliyi üzrə ali təhsil;
  • Azərbaycan Respublikası Tikinti qanunvericiliyi və tikinti norma və qaydalarına dair biliklərin olması;
  • İş təcrübəsi: Aidiyyati sahədə azı 7 il iş təcrübəsi;
  • Dil bilikləri: İngilis dili mütləq, Rus dili arzuolunan;
  • Kompüter bilikləri: Ofis proqramları, Outlook (Autocad arzuolunandır).

Əlavə məlumat:

  • Tələb olunduqda ezamiyyətə və evdən kənarda işləməyə hazır olmalıdır;
  • Ehtiyac olduqda gecə smeni və həftə sonları işləməyə hazır olmalıdır;

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roles
  • Fluency in English and Russian languages;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • To provide support in examination and evaluation of the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the organization’s internal control;
  • Carry out monitoring of existing information systems, analyze data and prepare relevant reports;
  • Assist to perform analysis of existing business processes; provide recommendations for possible improvement and solutions;
  • To conduct financial and operational, risk-based audit;
  • Work independently or with senior team members to support internal and external audit related activities;
  • Be proactive and initiative;
  • Report to Head of the Division on the progresses given tasks on daily and/or weekly basis.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have at least Bachelor’s degree in audit, accounting or related subjects;
  • At least 2 years of experience in Audit of Management Systems and Process Performance Monitoring;
  • Experience in Construction field is preferable;
  • Knowledge of KPI Systems;
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills;
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports;
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, ERP software and databases experience is preferable;
  • Certified Internal Auditor/Certified Information Systems Auditor is preferable.

  • Monitor construction to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget
  • Manage project scheduling, resource allocation, cost projections, and billing
  • Track and adjust quantities through all phases of each project
  • Monitor daily cost reports for accuracy and cost overruns
  • Review project plans, specifications and requirements with superintendent and operations manager prior to project
  • Maintain and update accurate project schedules
  • Preparation and approval of accurate monthly pay estimates from owner and sub-contractors
  • Approve all subcontractor/supplier invoices
  • Assure accuracy of sub-contractor submittals and coordination of work
  • Coordination with owners on timing of work and proper completion
  • Negotiate all contract change orders in writing prior to the work being accomplished
  • Respond timely to all owner and sub-contractor correspondence
  • Maintain daily project diaries and documentation
  • Assure compliance with project specifications, quality and customer satisfaction
  • Generate various reports required by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

  • A four (4) - years degree in construction management, construction engineering, or civil engineering preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience is accepted
  • Five (5) or more years of project management experience in the asphalt and road construction industry preferred, however, candidates with lesser experience are acceptable
  • A strong desire to grow within the construction management industry
  • Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary
  • Strict adherence to safety requirements and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
